I'm Serena, a consumer strategist with over 14 years of experience. I've worked on big projects for top brands across the globe - from Europe and Asia to the Americas.

I started my career in London but now call Singapore home. I work with brands all over the world to help them stay current, stand out, and grow using consumer insights, cultural understanding, and design thinking.

I specialise in luxury brands and use my expertise in the industry, as well as my hands-on experience working with wealthy individuals in private banking, retail, insurance, and auction houses, to guide brands on how to expand their reach and maximise growth..
